Everything in the Beach Residence's environment makes it a paradise for outdoor activities (bicycling, golf, horse riding, windsurfing and sailing) and relaxing activities, all year round. The long sand beach with its romantic beach houses is 50 metres away from the residence. The Residence is located at the beautiful dunes which invite you to take a walk. The centre of Zandvoort is at 500 metres walking distance with its cosy shops, terraces and restaurants. The train station with National and International connections is 1 kilometre away, Schiphol (Amsterdam) Airport is 25 kilometres distance, pick-up service from train station and airport can be arranged upon request.
Zandvoort is also well situated for reaching Haarlem (for the best shopping experience in the country, 20 km), Amsterdam (30 km), Almaar (Cheese-market ) and the tulip fields (keulenhof).
It is easy to reach via the motorway and has a direct train connection from inland or abroad.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night for cots.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
